We offer a range of consumer hire and consumer credit vehicle finance products from a selection of finance providers from whom we receive a commission or other fee.
We do not provide financial advice. We will explain available options and help you identify products that may meet your requirements based on information that you provide us with. Therefore it is imperative to provide appropriate and accurate information throughout the process.
We charge a processing fee of £349.98 inc VAT for our services. The processing fee is charged by CBVC Vehicle Management Ltd for our service and represents the costs incurred for arranging the sale, ordering the vehicle, arranging the finance and organising delivery of the vehicle. Some of our lenders may charge an administration fee to set up your agreement. We receive a commission or other remuneration from finance providers should you decide to enter into an agreement with the finance provider we have introduced you to.
You will be liable for a cancellation fee if you have ordered a vehicle and the dealer/manufacturer imposes a charge. Where a customer cancels the Agreement prior to the end of the Cooling Off Period our processing fee is refundable.
We receive a commission or other remuneration from our finance providers should you decide to enter into an agreement with the finance provider as a result of our introduction. We receive commission from finance providers. This commission may influence which lender we introduce you to. Further information regarding the commission payable will be disclosed before you enter into the agreement. The commission we receive may vary depending on the funder selected and this may be pre-set, but can vary and is influenced by varying criteria including customer service. Our funders may also pay us additional commission based on business volumes or by way of marketing support. We do occasionally receive a commission from the supplying dealer.
If you are enquiring on a regulated agreement, these commission figures will be itemised on a Commission Disclosure Declaration provided prior to placing your order with CBVC Vehicle Management Ltd. If you are enquiring on an unregulated agreement, we may disclose the commission to you where required to by the intended funder.

By passing us your personal credit details, you will be giving us authority to submit a credit application on your behalf to our credit providers. We will only pass your details onto subsequent credit providers if the initial application is not successful.
The finance provider we have introduced may charge fees or administration charges which include but are not exhaustive to Document fee, fine administration, cherished number plate administration, failed direct debit, foreign travel documentation, damage to vehicle on return. A schedule of these fees are available from the finance provider. They will also provide a Keyfacts document when finance documents have been raised.
Vehicle Maintenance: It is your responsibility to maintain the vehicle in accordance with the manufacturer's service schedule irrespective of whether maintenance is included in your agreement or not.
Our broker fee relates to the vehicle sourcing and administration services we provide and is separate from any finance agreement entered into with the lender.
Your statutory rights, including any right you have as a customer, are not affected by anything in the pledge.
Nothing in the agreement is intended to limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury or for fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that may not legally be limited or excluded.
