We want to make sure we’re supporting you in the right way
An important part of our role as a broker is to help you achieve the right outcome when looking at taking out a vehicle finance agreement. It helps us to do this if we know where you have particular challenges that would make it more difficult for you to make an informed decision or where something in your life will make it more difficult to cope if something doesn’t go to plan. Sometimes these challenges can be long-term, like health issues, difficultly with computers or learning difficulties, and sometimes they can be temporary, like relationship breakdowns and loss of employment.
We know some of these can be difficult to talk about but letting us know about them can help us take some extra steps, where possible, to make the process as stress free as we can and to help you choose a vehicle and finance product that you understand and are right for your circumstances.
Please get in touch and let us know if you feel you might need extra support during your journey with us. This can either be now or if something happens during the course of your order, or even if you need us during your finance agreement. You can do this either by speaking to one of our team during your regular interactions with us or by emailing customer-services@cbvc.co.uk. There’s also a box in our finance application online form so you can let us know when you send us your details. Whichever is easier for you.
Part of us supporting you will be to record it in our systems and to inform the leasing company who your agreement will be with so that they can take any steps they feel necessary as well – sometimes this will be passed via the supplier your car is ordered with if the finance is being organised through them.
